Cindy puts her personal touch on each real estate transaction.

Having relocated to Siler City in 1968, Cindy has established deep roots within the community. She has been helping families buy and sell real estate for over twenty years. Cindy is dedicated to each and every transaction. In order to give her clients an advantage in each transaction, Cindy believes in continuing education and takes specialized classes.

Cindy and her husband Ron live on a farm with their two daughters, Jennifer and Alexis. The family enjoys raising a variety of livestock including cattle, goats and even ostrich. She is a member of First United Methodist Church in Siler City. She volunteers her time for the Cattlemen’s Association, Jordan Matthews High School Athletic Booster Club and is a Red Cross instructor.

In 2010 Cindy became very involved with the Red Cross Christmas Angel Program. In 2012 she led the Realty World Carolina Properties Team to their best Angel effort to date. The team, led by Cindy supplied ____ of children with Christmas gifts. Without her efforts, these children would have gone without on Christmas morning.

Cindy’s focus is on residential as well as commercial real estate. She is one of the few agents that has commercial knowledge in Chatham County. Commercial property is vital to Chatham County and its ever changing landscape.

In 2012, Realty World Carolina Properties was awarded a special award for outstanding community service. This was due to Cindy’s leadership in the Christmas Angel Program. In 2013, she was given an award for volume of sales.
